OUR ORIGINS
The Bantu Story began with a community of people who gathered in Sydney, Australia and bonded over a love of chai.
Bantu Chai was born out of their desire to share this passion with the world!
OUR FORMULA
Bantu's story is a global one. Our chais are crafted from a blend of spices of the finest quality and sourced directly from suppliers and growers in the Indian sub-continent. Our recipe has been guarded by generations of Punjabi families, honed in the kitchens of the Indian diaspora in Africa and perfected at our headquarters in Sydney, Australia. Our chai blends boast a uniquely East-African flavor profile—bold, full-bodied, and sharp. They stand out as far stronger and more vibrant than any other chais on the market today.
We proudly operate our growing operation
from a warehouse in Hornsby, Australia, where
our roasted spices are carefully ground and blended with precision to craft the highest quality chai. In partnership with trusted distributors, we deliver Bantu Chai to stores and cafés across Australia, bringing piping-hot cups of joy to customers nationwide!
